You work.
Edessa documents it.

Just explain a task out loud as you do it. Edessa turns what you say and what you do into a step-by-step guide. Now anyone, and any AI, can run it.

Turn any task into a guide you and your AI can run.

Most tools record your clicks. Edessa captures the why, then catches what's missing. Now it's out of your head, and you, your AI, or your team can run it right every time.

A screen recording shows what you clicked. Edessa captures how the work actually gets done, and what a new hire needs to do it right.

Your business runs on memory, not systems.

It all lives in your head.

Your team guesses. Your AI gives generic answers. Nothing about how your business runs is written down.

Inconsistent execution.

Everyone does the same task differently. Quality is a coin flip.

You're still the bottleneck.

Every question, every process, every fix comes back to you. AI hasn't changed that. It can't run what it can't see.

"AI scales what you feed it. Documentation isn't optional anymore, it's the difference."

Give your AI the context it needs.

Every AI tool is only as good as the context you feed it. For small businesses, that context lives in people's heads. Edessa captures it.

Keep Notion for your wiki. Keep Google Docs for your contracts. But stop using six different places to document one process. That's what Edessa replaces.

Built for the work that lives in your head.

Whether you're a one-person business or a growing team, Edessa turns the way you work into something everyone can run, including the AI tools you're already paying for.

A note from the founder

As a former senior data scientist at Genentech, I built AI systems for a large enterprise. Then I started building them for small businesses. The same pattern shows up every time: documentation is the missing piece. Especially for small teams. People duct-tape a dozen tools together just to capture how their team actually works.

Good documentation is what makes a business AI-ready. But doing it right was always slow, expert work. A single workflow could take us over an hour to capture properly. We'd map every step, every decision, and the data behind it. So we built Edessa to do it for you.

You hit record and narrate a task you already do. Edessa watches your screen and listens to how you explain it. It measures your workflow against a professional standard and flags the gaps. Then it coaches you until it's complete.

That's the kind of work you'd normally hire an expensive consultant for. Now anyone on your team can do it themselves. And your AI finally has the context it needs to work.

Frequently asked questions

Can't ChatGPT or Claude do this?
ChatGPT and Claude both have memory features now, and they're useful for personal facts and ongoing chats. Edessa is different in two ways.

It captures whole workflows. Hit record and narrate a task. Edessa turns the recording into a reusable workflow you (or your AI) can run again with one click. That's something chat memory doesn't do.

Your workflows are portable. Build once in Edessa, then use it in any of the 35+ AI tools that support Skills: ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, Copilot, and more. One workflow, every AI tool you use.
What can I use Edessa for?
Three jobs.

Build your own AI assistant. Solo operators get a workspace Claude or ChatGPT actually remembers across every conversation.

Document how your business works. Teams use it for onboarding, standardization, and freeing up bottlenecks.

Find what to automate. Edessa scores every process and flags the manual work worth handing to AI.
Does Edessa work with Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, and the AI tools I already use?
Yes. Every workflow exports as a portable AI Skill (a small bundle of files your AI tool can read) that works with Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, Copilot, Codex, Goose, Gemini CLI, and dozens of other agentskills.io-compatible tools, 35+ in total. Build the foundation once in Edessa, then plug it into whichever AI you actually use.
Is this for solo operators, or just teams?
Both. The Starter plan covers up to 3 people total, so it works solo and still fits your first hire or VA. Solo operators use Edessa for a workspace their AI tools actually remember, lead magnets to share with their audience, and a way to hand off work when they hire help.
How quickly can I get started?
Record your first workflow in under 5 minutes. The free trial is 14 days, and you won't be charged until it ends.
Is my data safe? Can I export everything if I leave?
Yes. Workflows are yours. You can export every one as a portable AI Skill any time. We don't lock you in.
What if I change my mind?
14-day free trial, cancel anytime from Settings. If you've paid as a Founding Member and decide it's not for you, reply "refund" to your confirmation email and we'll process it within one business day.
Who built Edessa?
Thaddeus Demeke and Zareena Shefa, co-founders of Elevaite. We've built AI systems at the enterprise level (Genentech) and inside small businesses including agencies, home health, real estate, and professional services. Real client wins shaped the design: 96% time reduction on sales proposals at SKB, 2x discovery capacity at Advantdge.
