Overview

This workflow creates trackable Short.io links for YouTube video click-throughs using the go.elevaiteworks.com domain. Each long-form video gets two standardized tracking links: one for the Skool community page and one for the consulting page.

Before You Start

Access to Short.io account with go.elevaiteworks.com domain
Video ID number for the long-form video (e.g., LF-02, LF-03)
Destination URLs: Skool about page and elevaiteworks.com

Steps

Determine the video ID number in format lf[XX] (e.g., lf02, lf03)
Open Short.io and paste the Skool about page URL (skool.com/ai-workflows-academy/about) in "Paste URL here"
Change the auto-generated slug to yt-lf[XX]-community (e.g., yt-lf02-community)
Add tag: youtube
Save the community link
Create second link by pasting elevaiteworks.com in "Paste URL here"
Change the slug to yt-lf[XX]-consulting (e.g., yt-lf02-consulting)
Add tag: youtube
Save the consulting link
Add both new links to the Current Links table in the SOP document

Quality Check

Both links follow the naming convention: yt-lf[XX]-community and yt-lf[XX]-consulting
Links redirect to correct destinations (Skool about page and elevaiteworks.com)
Both links are tagged with "youtube"
Current Links table is updated with new entries

Common Issues

Don't create tracking links for thaddeus.com mentions - it's a personal site, not a conversion CTA
Maintain consistency with lf01 links that were created before the standardized convention
Use the lf[XX] format with leading zeros for single digits (lf02, not lf2)
