This workflow manages Elevaite's complete content lifecycle through 7 stages: Capture → Plan → Script → Produce → Publish → Analyze → Repurpose. Every piece of content flows through this system, from spontaneous voice notes to published videos with performance analytics. The workflow is optimized for short-form content across TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and newsletter.

Steps

Capture ideas from 4 sources: voice notes via iOS Shortcut to Google Drive, meeting transcripts after Google Meet calls, weekly news scan during planning, and audience signals from DMs/comments
Extract content angles from voice notes and meeting transcripts using Claude, then add to Notion Content Pipeline with Status: Idea
Run weekly planning session (30-45 min): check last week's performance, review idea backlog, and pick 6-8 strongest concepts to evaluate
Load content-decision-engine skill in Claude and run weekly planning prompt to get 70/20/10 allocation, hook scoring, and ranked weekly slate
Save Claude output as 03-content/weekly-plans/YYYY-WXX-content-plan.md and update Notion selected ideas to Status: Validated
Script 2-3 video concepts using Claude short-form-video-scripts skill, providing concept, pillar, hook pattern, and target ICP
Review and edit scripts for voice, ensuring hook is under 12 words and follows The Dance structure (Hook → Tension → Resolution → CTA)
Save scripts to 03-content/short-form/scripts/YYYY-MM-SFXXX-slug.md and update Notion to Status: Scripting
Batch-film 3-5 videos in TikTok-first orientation, checking Creative Assets Library before building new graphics
Update Notion status through Ready to Edit → Editing → Reviewing Edit as production progresses
Publish in sequence: TikTok first, then Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn posts (2-3 per week)
Ensure hook matches on-screen text, lead magnet DM trigger in caption, and 3-5 relevant hashtags (not 30)
Draft Friday newsletter using Claude newsletter-content skill with 4 sections: Toolkit, Prompt of Day, Last Week in AI, What I'm Learning
Send newsletter via Beehiiv Friday 3:30-5pm
Log analytics 7 days post-publish: pull 7-day views from TikTok, engagement metrics, lead magnet comments, and leads generated in Notion
Apply repurposing decision tree: <30K views (archive hook), 30K-100K (newsletter depth layer), 100K+ (all three: newsletter, permutation, long-form consideration)
Run monthly analytics review first Sunday of month: identify top 10% performers, update hook-performance-summary.md, note emerging trends
Execute permutation plays for successful content: same hook formula + different tool/platform, minimum 4 weeks between original and permutation

Quality Check

Weekly plan file exists in 03-content/weekly-plans/ with 4-5 video concepts ranked and sequenced
Each script follows The Dance structure and reads aloud in 60-90 seconds
All published content has DM trigger in caption and matches hook to on-screen text
Analytics logged in Notion within 7 days of publish with 7-day views and engagement
Repurposing thresholds applied: 30K+ gets newsletter treatment, 100K+ gets full repurpose treatment
Monthly hook performance summary updated with top 10% performers

Common Issues

Planning and scripting in same session: Use different brain modes - plan concepts first, script execution later
Missing analytics: Set reminder to log metrics exactly 7 days post-publish, batch-check weekly
Series without batch production: Never start publishing series until ALL episodes filmed/edited - appointment effect breaks with gaps
Newsletter always mirrors video: Only mirror when video hits 30K+, otherwise use independent consulting experiments for Toolkit/Prompt sections
Skipping permutation check: Before creating new concept, ask if similar content exists that can be permuted with different tool/angle
